Searching for a user

On the User Administration page, you can enter a sequence of characters (letters, numbers, or both) in the search fields to locate users that match that criteria. The more characters you enter, the more refined the search results.

To search for a user

  1. In the toolbar, under Admin, click User Administration.
  2. On the User Administration page, in the First Name, Last Name, or Username fields, enter any number of consecutive characters of the user you want to find.
  3. If applicable, from the Affiliate dropdown list, choose the division or affiliate to which the user belongs.
  4. Optionally, click to put a check in the box beside Include Deactivated Users if you are looking for a deactivated user.
  5. Click the Search icon search icon.
    All those users whose information matches the search criteria are displayed in a list.
